Cancel at least 24 hours before class to keep your credit.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class.

Waitlists will auto-enrol clients if a spot opens.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

Entry may not be permitted after 5 minutes for safety reasons.

Memberships auto-renew monthly via direct debit.

Class packs & memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships can be cancelled with 15 days’ notice.

For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that all clients wear grippy socks during classes.

This helps maintain a clean environment and ensures stability on the reformers.

Grippy socks are available to purchase directly from the studio.

All participants must be aged 16 years or older to attend any class, private session, or event at Flo Pilates Studio.

No refunds on memberships, packs, or unused classes.
